Hyde Park is a Property Owner's Association (POA).  Annual dues are currently $300.00 per property.

Am I up-to-date on my dues? Please check your Your Profile for current account balance.

Natural Gas

Hyde Park's water and sewage are one combined bill through the Cave Springs Water Department.  The neighborhood is on a step sewer system.  Please click each of the following links to read documents about this system, and what you need to know as a homeowner:

The City of Cave Springs' trash and recycling service is provided by CARDS LLC.

CARDS Holdings offers residential trash, recycling, commercial waste, and portable restroom facilities to Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas. 

For all inquiries to initiate service or receive trash cans, please contact the customer service line directly at 1-877-592-2737. Neither the City of Cave Springs nor Hyde Park POA is responsible to manage personal accounts created.  CARDS will bill customers directly on a quarterly basis.
